If you have missing hardware pack - Check box and/or frames. They are usually fixed to either of these
The boxes should not be destroyed until you are happy with the product and this is why we do not offer a service for taking away the packaging. The packaging is part of the product which is used to resolve issues. The boxes have important information on which in some instances we need to be able to resolve problems
