RETURNS

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order.

Please do not arrange delivery of furniture to be redirected to a parcleshop, as parcel shops will not acept furniture parcels and will incur a charge that the customer will be responsible  

All items being returned must be pre-arranged, and either organised to be returned by the purchaser, or to our discreation we are happy to arrange this on your behalf (for a 20% of the cost of the product charge to cover collection costs - min. £30), and items MUST be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a re-saleable condition. Returns can be arranged Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. In the unexpected event should a collection fail to happen by the logistics company then Breezefurnishings will not be held responsable for this.

Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued.

If you believe that any of our Products are of an unsatisfactory quality/damaged, please immediately contact Customer Services on sales@breezefurnishings.com

Please also send us photographs of any alleged defects so that we may assess the situation.

Broken glass,

Should your order unfortunatley arrive with broken glass, we will ask you to dispose of this with due care and attention as repackaging , collecting or posting broken glass intentionaly can prove to be hazaedous .

Breeze furnishings will not be responsible for monetary compensation for delayed returned  orders , delays can occur for an array of  reasons beyond our control

Please do not arrange a return on behalf of Breeze Furnishings without prior agreement.

Collections will be performed from original delivery address
